Locate the HC system tray icon
Click on icon, then click on “Help Request Form”
Once the Help request window opens, complete the form and provide relevant information to your support request.
**be sure to include a time when support can be provided along with the phone number at which you can be contacted.
This is an example of a completed ticket ready for submission.
Under the images section users are also able to submit screenshots or attach images to the ticket to make the process easier.
**If an on-screen error or message is available please click the green + sign which will allow you to submit a screenshot, copied text or image
